What is an 80s tee?

An 80s tee is a graphic T-shirt made in the 1980s, or designed to look as if it had been. The originals covered concerts, films, television shows, ball clubs, tourist attractions and local businesses, printed on thin cotton or cotton-polyester blanks. Today the term covers both surviving originals and new shirts built on the same look.
